Northwest UU is officially recognized as a “Welcoming Congregation” through the Unitarian Universalist Association. We welcome and celebrate the presence and participation of people of all races and abilities and those who are bisexual, gay, lesbian, straight, transgender, questioning, queer, and all affections.
All will be welcomed!
Led by the Rev. Kimi Riegel, the church staff is attentive to the needs of members and visitors.
Church business is governed by a board of six people: moderator, associate moderator, financial governor, outreach governor and education governor.
NWUU is celebrating it’s 65th anniversary this year. Click to read about our colorful history (literally!).
We have a public Facebook page for keeping community members up to date on things happening at Northwest.
We also have a closed group, Northwest Unitarian Universalist Church Friends, where we connect and discuss things going on in our lives and spiritual journeys. A moderator must approve all requests to join that group.
