Purpose of the ritual:

To provide an opportnity for each participant to find and committ to his or her calling for the coming year

Cleansing: Saltwater anointing in the space

Casting the circle: Witch 1

Calling the Elements: Brief spoken invocation followed by shadow dance
Air: Witch 2

Center/Vooid/Spirit: Witch 6

Calling Bridget: HPS

Trance:
At the end of the trance, the lights and all candles are extinguished. Bridget's flame is brought in and the altar candles are lit.

Pledges: Each person may come forward and make a verbal or silent pledge to Bridget, sealing it by striking the anvil. they may then anoint themselves with water from Bridget's well and receive her flame in a tea light.
